It is set in approximately a quarter of an acre with ample parking for three vehicles inside the courtyard and further parking adjacent to the property.  Two lawns (north and south facing) and a walled barbeque and patio area provide easy outdoor recreation and relaxation.  There is a dog run and kennel in the enclosed garden. 

Oil central heating and would burners are the main sources of heating when required.
